Download your data
You can download a copy of everything you've logged on GymRats: every check-in, the challenges and groups you've taken part in, and more.
Open the side menu and tap Settings.
Tap Download my data.
Planning to delete your account? Download your data first. Deleting an account can't be undone. See How to delete your account and What can be recovered after a delete.
Challenge results
Your download covers your own check-ins. To keep the final standings of a whole challenge, open the Rankings tab and take a screenshot. Challenges keep their rankings after they end. See Understanding Rankings.
Invoice or receipt for Pro
Pro is billed by Apple or Google, so they issue the receipt:
iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com, or Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History. Apple also emails a receipt for every charge.
Android: play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory. Google emails a receipt for every charge.
