GymRats is free to download and use. GymRats Pro is optional and billed by the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). We never see or store your card details, so the refund request goes to the store that charged you.

Go to <a href="https://reportaproblem.apple.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">reportaproblem.apple.com</a> and sign in with your Apple Account.

Tap I'd like to… and choose Request a refund.

Choose the reason, then select the GymRats charge.

Submit. Apple usually replies within a few days.

2. Tap I'd like to… and choose Request a refund.
3. Choose the reason, then select the GymRats charge.
4. Submit. Apple usually replies within a few days.

Apple decides every refund. We can't approve, speed up or reverse it.

Find the GymRats charge and tap Report a problem / Request a refund.
