GymRats has the ability to automatically publish a check-in when you perform an exercise or workout on your device like an Apple Watch or Fitbit.
You can go to"My devices" from the menu to set this up.
There is an important note about this feature. Some devices do not truly publish in real time. You must open the GymRats app to ensure that your check-in is published.
Apple Health for example requires that the application is either open or running in the background to ensure synchronization. If your app is closed, it could be problematic.
Always open the GymRats app after you perform a device workout or exercise to ensure the check-in is published.
