The Zepp app is a digital health and fitness companion app, formerly known as the Amazfit app, that partners with Amazfit smart devices and wearables.
Connect Zepp to Apple health:
Launch the Apple Health app on your iPhone.
Tap on your profile icon in the upper-right corner.
Under the "Privacy" section, tap on Apps.
Scroll down and select the Zepp app.
Select "Turn On All" to share workout data needed for check-ins.
