Why isn't Apple Health syncing?

Follow these steps to ensure GymRats is properly syncing with Apple Health:

Step 1: Check GymRats Settings

  1. Open the menu (top left corner)

  2. Go to "Settings"

  3. Select "Apple Health"

  4. Tap "Allow" if prompted

  5. Ensure "Active" is switched on

Step 2: Verify Health App Permissions

  1. Open the Health app

  2. Tap your profile (top right)

  3. Select "Apps"

  4. Find and select "GymRats"

  5. Confirm "Workouts" is enabled for reading

Step 3: Confirm Workouts in Fitness App

  1. Open the Fitness app

  2. Go to "Sessions"

  3. Check for your workout history

Note: If no workouts appear in the Fitness app, there may be an issue with your Apple Watch or other fitness apps syncing to your phone. Resolve this first before troubleshooting GymRats sync.
