Follow these steps to ensure GymRats is properly syncing with Apple Health:
Step 1: Check GymRats Settings
Open the menu (top left corner)
Go to "Settings"
Select "Apple Health"
Tap "Allow" if prompted
Ensure "Active" is switched on
Step 2: Verify Health App Permissions
Open the Health app
Tap your profile (top right)
Select "Apps"
Find and select "GymRats"
Confirm "Workouts" is enabled for reading
Step 3: Confirm Workouts in Fitness App
Open the Fitness app
Go to "Sessions"
Check for your workout history
Note: If no workouts appear in the Fitness app, there may be an issue with your Apple Watch or other fitness apps syncing to your phone. Resolve this first before troubleshooting GymRats sync.
